Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours
Delivery time is 2–3 working days
Public holidays are excluded

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location or courier conditions. Campeón is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
In original condition
With tags attached
In original packaging

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items returned without approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.
